From the exciting cosmopolitan city of Istanbul, to the beautiful beaches and resorts on the Mediterranean and Aegean coasts, to the unique landscapes of Pammukale and Cappadocia, Turkey has it all.

The mixture of Sand, Sea and Sun is what attracts many to Turkey for holidays, a 2nd home or retirement and relocation.  However upon arrival many fall in love with Turkey as a country and the people, the Turkish people are amongst the warmest and most welcoming of any society and lifelong friendships build at a rapid pace.  It is a country that comprises lush green mountains, large lakes, rugged coast lines, beautiful beaches and wonderful crystal clear bays.

Turkey is rich in history, all around the country there are signs of the areas past, ancient roman ruins in Ephesus, Lycian ruins around the Fethiye area.  There are also many Biblical sites in Turkey such as the House of the Virgin Mary and Mount Ararat where Noah's Ark came to rest.  Saint Nicholas (Santa Claus) was even from Demre in Turkey.

Turkey is actually a secular country although 99% of the population are Muslim.  This give us plenty of beautiful mosques across the country, from the famous Blue Mosque in Istanbul to the local mosques that adorn the country and give the skyline that truly eastern feel and fill the air with life during the call to prayer.

Turkey is also the Mediterranean's most exciting property market with a wide variety of properties available in different areas to suit all needs. Whether it's a dream villa in the sun, a retirement home in a relaxing village, or an investment for the future, you will find it in Turkey.

Dalaman

Dalaman

Dalaman, most well known for the Airport but offers much much more. Dalaman itself appeals to many as a typically Turkish Town, for the more adventurous there is white water rafting on the Dalaman River. The Dalaman and the nearby Sarigerme areas are becoming Turkeys next golfing destination with the construction of new Golf courses. There is also the popular sailing resort of Göcek close by ideal for exploring the areas wonderful coastline full of beautiful and peaceful coves.

Dalyan

Dalyan

Dalyan is well known thanks to its proximity to the famous 7km Iztuzu Beach where the endangered Loggerhead Turtles (Caretta Caretta) lay their eggs, the beach and surrounding area is protected. As well as Loggerhead Turtles Dalyan is also home to the largest population of the Soft Shelled Nile Turtles (Trionyx triunguis).
Steeped in history Dalyan is overlooked by ancient Lycian Rock Tombs which are the last resting places of the Kings of Kaunos, meanwhile the Dalyan Canal weaves its way past the village on its way from Köyceğiz Lake to the beach.

Nearby are the ruins of the city of Kaunos, with a Roman theatre, fortifications, basilica and many other sites to be seen. Also with Mud Baths, Thermal Springs, an Historic Mosque and Scenic Walks Dalyan has it all for the perfect relaxing holiday.

Göcek

Göcek

Göcek has long been a desirable destination for both yachtsmen, as well as a favourite stopover for jet-setters and celebrities alike.
Göcek offers a perfect blend of natural scenery and comfortable ammenities. Nearby are many natually unspoilt bays to be explored either on your own personal yacht or one of the many tours that sail from the harbour.

Köyceğiz

Köyceğiz

Köyceğiz is found at the top of a large lake of the same name. The large Köyceğiz lake is connected to the sea by the Dalyan Canal which flows by the nearby town. Köyceğiz is also known for the popular Amber forests which are found nearby. There are also many fish restaurants found alongside the nearby mountain rivers.

Marmaris

Marmaris

Marmaris is one of Turkey's very popular resorts and it is easy to see why. The old town with its narrow streets and busy bazaar shoppers will believe they have found heaven. With a long beach lined with palm trees make the ideal location for relaxing in the glorious Turkish sunshine. Further with many restaurants, bars, cafes and clubs throughout the town and along the sea front there is something for everyone in Marmaris.

Marmaris is well known as a sailors paradise, with 3 marinas it is a popular starting point for many cruises along the Turkish Coast line. There are also many offering day trips around the bays near Marmaris, in particular Cleopatra Island is a must see trip, here the sand is said to be the best in the world and is actually protected as such.

Ortaca

Ortaca has become a thriving business and administration centre for the local towns in the area. Here you can find many furniture shops, electrical goods, lawyers, notary public, accountants and it has a busy bus station with links to all the major towns in the area and to further a field.

Many people have chosen to settle in Ortaca because of the amenities it has to offer together with the typically Turkish friendliness that can be found here.

Sarigerme

Sarigerme

Sarigerme is a small seaside village which is 18 km from Dalaman Airport. New developments (which include Golf Courses) are currently being built which is creating economic growth for the community as well as greater choice for tourists. The blue sea and sandy beaches of Sarigerme are popular with both tourists and local families. There are picnic areas and facilities provided for swimmers and sunbathers which allow for a pleasurable day out.
